Quick Post

  How was your Thursday? Mine was alright but there's better news: Tomorrow is Friday! :) This past week has been the worst that I can remember and truly I just want it to be over with.
  I'm in the process of watching the Canucks/Stars in Vancouver and thought to type a brief post on the blog since I've had little free time to do so the past couple days. Stars G Alex Auld just gave the puck right to Canucks F Alex Burrows and the quick burial thereafter now has the teams tied 2-2 after 40 minutes. Auld's pretty good at playing the puck but he's not Turco.

  Care to read about the Bronco/Ice game last night? I'm not so sure I'd like to discuss it, even in writing. A quick look at the final score should give you a fair assessment of what went down. Yes, it was what you think it was. Wether that's ugly or exciting, I'm not sure. It depends on what you like to see on the ice!
  The Broncos will try again in Regina tomorrow night. Red Deer and the other couple teams leading the Broncos closely are playing very good hockey right now. The Broncos will have to take matters into their own hands, keep up to, and pull ahead of those clubs. At the very least they'll need to attain a split this weekend. And considering way they've been playing of late, that could be a stretch.
  We'll see what happens. This group has dug deep before.

  As the situation looks right now, I hope to travel to Regina with a friend tomorrow night for the game. However a major storm or terribly icy conditions could change our minds. He's got 4X4 though...so...we should get there right? Ha. Time will tell.
